Musical Movement Program

The Musical Movement Program aims to incorporate music into the the children’s routines to engage them in synchronous movement to promote physical development.

Music ignites all areas of child development. This program aims to nurture the children’s physical development; gross motor skills by engaging the children to move in synchrony to music and hand and eye coordination through playing simple instruments. Simultaneously providing opportunity for deep listening, creativity through improvisation, and numeracy through learning about the structure of music. In addition to the focus on early language development by learning the sounds and meanings of words through fun musical activities. The program also aims to increase social-environmental development including self confidence by singing and speaking in a group setting.

Music can help develop a well rounded and confident child.
