Get Active Program
Through a grant provided by Sandringham Community Bank in 2023, Black Rock Pre-School has been fortunate to have additional funding to purchase sport and physical recreation equipment.
During each kindergarten term, the children participate in targeted physical activity that focuses on whole body movement exercises. The learning outcomes of this new program include building children’s ability to maintain focus and concentration, improve balance, improve eye-hand-arm coordination and in general improve physical fitness and strength, through regular participation and practice of these skills.
