After receiving a government grant through Bayside City Council, plans were drawn and the vision brought to life over the Christmas holidays of 2014/2015.
We are ever so proud of the results, and our educators are taking full advantage of the extra space, using it as an art space, eating area, games and play space.
We have also installed a bike rack to promote ‘biking/scooting to school’, which has been a huge hit!
Our sensory garden project is just mulch at the moment, but our budget allows us to plan an explorative paradise which the children will play an active part in planning, planting and caring for the garden.
Following on from the garden and river bed projects, the grounds of the centre are looking really terrific and offer the kids a wonderful environment to explore and expand their senses.
All round, BRPS is going from strength to strength.
